we had a party last night

We had a party last night.
Emily and I had a preformance,we sang a song together.At firt, we were so nerves that we couldn't eat well. however, when it's time to go on the stage we felt nothing .
Everyone there was very kind ,and everyone there smiled to us .That made us comfort and relaxed.So we did a good job.Everyone applaused the second we finshed our song.
From this small thing I learned a lot. If you want to do something well,you must prepare it well and you must try your best to do it well though it would fail.
So try your best to do everything well, because its your duty.
